The Richards Glen HOA Board of Directors has set the meeting date for our Annual Homeowners Association Meeting – we will be meeting at the YMCA in Cool Springs on Seaboard Lane at 10 AM on Saturday, May 22nd.
We are asking all of our neighbors to get the word out about this meeting and encourage one another to attend. We are in the process of finalizing our agenda (and this will be distributed to everyone in advance of the meeting), but key items to be covered will include:
- Work done and plans underway since our last meeting in July of 2009
- Neighborhood events and social agenda
- A look at what we can do today to drive up the value of our homes
- Election of new board members (we MUST have a quorum to do this)
- Open forum for neighborhood insight and feedback
- We are also planning a Richards Glen Day on the 22nd – details to follow
We are only asking for two-hours of your time that impacts (perhaps) your biggest personal investment. Please be there to participate in the process and make your voice heard.
We are already starting to see the domino effect of our front-entrance beautification project as more homeowners have installed up-lighting and are actively working on their yards as spring has sprung. 
Let’s keep this momentum going – all of this work will pay huge dividends in value of our homes.
